Respite Care Charleston Hosts 2018 Golf Tournament

Pat and Bill Wert sponsors of the 2018 Respite Care Golf Tournament.

Respite Care Charleston announces its 14th Annual Respite Golf Tournament at Crooked Oaks Golf Course on Monday, April 9. This year’s tournament is sponsored by Kiawah residents Pat and Bill Wert.

Golfer and sponsorship slots are still available for this enjoyable tournament, but they’re going fast. For the cost of a single greens fee ($175 per golfer),  lunch, refreshments and dinner will be provided. After golfing for the day enjoying the ocean views, sit back and relax with other tournament players and guests with a casual dinner.

Tournament schedule of events includes registration at 11 a.m. followed by a putting contest at noon. The tournament shotgun start begins at 1 p.m. with a reception and awards following completion of play around 5:30 p.m. This event is rain or shine.

 Charleston Respite Care Charleston is a non-profit organization that strives to improve the quality of life for individuals and families coping with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. Respite Care Charleston provides social day programs, support groups for those in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease, and caregiver support groups for individuals and families affected by memory disorders.
