Staff Report for The Island Connection
Freshfields Village is adding two new stores. Lilly Pulitzer and Peyton William Jewelry Studio will open shop in early February. Lilly Pulitzer, known for bright, vibrant resort wear, is adding its 29th retail store.
“We are so very proud to have distributed Lilly for a number of years on Kiawah Island and are now thrilled to open a company store in the same location,” said Jane Schoenborn, Vice President of Creative Communications and Marketing with Lilly Pulitzer.
Peyton William Jewelry Studio, a local store currently located in downtown Charleston on King Street, is opening a second store at Freshfields Village. Designer Gabrielle Egan has studied traditional forging and metalsmithing techniques and enjoys creating new and unique designs that resonate with women of all ages.
“I love the relaxed vibe of the village, as well as the variety of local shops that are represented there. We are so excited to be a part of the experience at Freshfields,” said Egan.
