A Fun-filled Year Ahead

By Danielle Bol-De Greve for The Island Connection

A Very Happy New Year to everyone. The Seabrook Island Photography Club Leadership Team has put together an exciting, fun-filled year, including field trips, presentations from local professional photographers, social activities and a schedule designed to further our photographic skills – to explore, learn, excite and entertain. We traditionally meet on the third Thursday of each month but have set aside additional dates for extra activities.

Our first meeting will be Feb. 20, when Kevin Holliday will present a talk on “Vision: A World Created, Not Captured.” Kevin is an internationally acclaimed black and white photographer from Daniel Island who has an extraordinary understanding of light, transforming what his heart and soul see into stunning works of art. Look for more on Kevin’s work at kevinhollidayphoto.com.

Kevin’s presentation on the 20th is open to island residents and visitors without charge.

Please join us at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake House.
