Saturday morning, Sept. 16 at 8 a.m., 149 participants left the starting line at Bohicket Marina for a 5K/10K race through Seabrook Island.

The race draws runners of all ages.

It was a beautiful day and the runners were all smiles as they were cheered on by Kiawah-Seabrook Exchange members and volunteers manning the race routes and working at water stations.

149 runners participated in this year’s Bohicket 5k/10k race.

Bohicket Marina and the Charleston Running Club sponsored this 7th Annual 5K/10K Race. All proceeds will go to Kiawah – Seabrook Exchange Club and Charleston Running Club local charities.

Back at the Bohicket Marina finish line, runners celebrated with family and friends as they congratulated each other on a great run.
