To receive this recognition, KP provides incentives to employees for participating in a wellness program or meeting a health-related standard. Additionally, KP regularly promotes their wellness program to employees to increase employee engagement. “We have dedicated ourselves to developing incentives and programs that are of interest to our employees, at every level,” said Henry Thompson, Director of Human Resources. “This award was the result of strong support and commitment for the Wellness Program from all the Partners and our wellness team.” Along with receiving Platinum in the incentives and communication area, KP also received its 3rd consecutive Gold Award as part of their participation in the Charleston Healthy Business Challenge.
